Abstract :SDQ (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire) is a psychological scale to screen the Strengths and Difficulties the special student, emotional and behavioral problem, and school readiness. This adaptation of SDQ aims to test the psychometric parameter: validity, reliability and confirmatory factor analysis. The study was conducted to 153 subjects with the help of significant others in inclusive school and the center of autism at Malang. The analysis indicated 7 invalid items with reliability 0,759. The confirmatory factor analysis showed that all of factor give 54,943 % contribution to the construct of SDQ.

Abstract :Good romantic relationship occurs when a couple can solve their conflict in an effective way. Unfortunately, not all couples can do it, on the top of that the conflict become a violence. Eventhough the victim has been hurted many times, they still cannot leave violent relationship because of emotional bond between the victim and the perpretator, which is called as stockholm syndrome. One factor which can affect this condition is attachment style, especially insecure attachment style, such as preoccupied attachment style. Insecure attachment style can make the victim stuck with relationship which full of violence. The aim of this research was to analyze the role of preoccupied attachment style towards the tendency to experience stockholm syndrome in young adulthood women. This research used quantitative approach. 323 participants were selected using accidental sampling technique. The measurements were the preoccupied dimension from the Attachment Styles Questionnaire and the Stockholm Syndrome Scale. Regression testing showed that preoccupied attachment style had a significant role towards the tendency to experience stockholm syndrome (1.9%). |

Abstract :Sex education is the provision of information about sex that aims to reduce the potential risk of sexual behavior. This effort is still taboo in the community, so parents feel hesitant to provide teaching about sex to children. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of parents to sex education provided to children from an early age. This research was conducted in Jambesari village, Poncokusumo, Malang by using phenomenology approach and involving 5 mothers. The results show that parents perceive sex education as taboo, vulgar and inappropriate to convey to children, thus affecting the involvement and form of education provided by parents to children. The results also show that the need for the competence of sexual education is important to be done by parents. |

Abstract :IPhone as one of the smartphone brand, is often regarded as a prestigious symbol for teenagers. In choosing goods, teenagers also pay attention to the symbolic value that they want to show. These symbols give a certain impact to their self-esteem among teenager. What about the non-iPhone user? The purpose of this study was to see the difference of self-esteem between iPhone users and non-iPhone users. The samples are the students in one of public high school at Garut. The design of this study is quantitative non-experimental with comparative method. The study compared two groups of teenagers: iPhone users (N = 25) and non-iPhone users (N = 39). All respondents filled out three questionnaires about IPhone Brand Image, Self-Esteem Questionnaire and Self-Esteem iPhone Ownership (SEiO) Questionnaire. The data obtained were tested by t-test on two groups. The results show that there are significant differences of self-esteem between two groups. |

Abstract :Anxiety about English is still felt in the learner at the college level, especially in dealing with reading sources in English. This study aims to see how individual factors (self-efficacy, belief, and motivation) effect the anxiety experienced by students in learning English. Research design use correlational research involving 100 students at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung from psychology faculty and faculty of education and teacher training. Sampling technique is using stratified random sampling. There are four instruments used which are Foreign Language Classroom Anxiety Scale, Children’s Self-efficacy Scale, The Beliefs about Language Learning Inventory (BALLI) and motivation in learning english instrument. Data is analysed using statistic analysis of multiple regression. Results show that this each following variables which are self-efficacy, belief, and motivation has significant correlation with anxiety in learning English. Besides, there is also significant correlation between self-efficacy, belief, motivation and anxiety in learning English. |

Abstract :This study aims to see the current picture of recruitment in Indonesia. The research used survey method which was then analyzed thematically. Research subjects were 46 participants who worked in the field of recruitment with varied rank and seniority. The main findings related to the recruitment process are summarized based on participant responses. First, the majority of respondents argued that recruitment is currently very challenging considering on one hand the presence of less qualified candidates or even on the other hand the company does have a high enough demands. Second, given the budgetary problems, companies must adjust their recruitment strategies to their internal conditions. Finally, a recruit must have certain abilities such as target orientation, networking, negotiation, and analytic thinking. The results of this descriptive study can be used as a basis for further research and for recommendations on recruitment discussion forums. This study is limited to respondents from private companies, further research is suggested to increase the number of representative samples and develop more specific instruments. |

Abstract :Pregnancy and childbirth are the natural and normal processes experienced by every woman. In the process of pregnancy and childbirth every woman undergoes both physical and psychological changes so that women need to be prepared before entering this stage. Those who are not ready will be more likely to experience postpartum blues. This study aimed to determine the psychological factors that affect postpartum blues. The method was quantitative correlational with purposive sampling technique. Participating mothers were 6 months postpartum (n=41). The research instruments were Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS), coping stress scale, social support scale, and adjustment scale. The data was analyzed by simple linear regression. The result of this study showed that from the three independent variables giving predictions the biggest influence on the emergence of postpartum blues were adjustment variable (56,3%), then coping stress (46,1%), and social support (30,2%). |

Abstract :This research aimed to obtain a description explanation about negative automatic thoughts that appear on Bandung junior high school students who are bullied. The research also described the automatic negative thoughts that was based on factors affected by bullying (from CATS questionnaire). The research involved 1261 samples of the students of 5 junior high school in Bandung. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic analysis. The results showed as many as 48 students belonging to students who experience the action of bullying with high frequency and as many as 333 students experience the act of bullying in the medium frequency. Then, based on the results of CATS questionnaires, about 8.3% of students, show that they had higher frequency the occurrence of negative automatic thoughts. It means they had a negative beliefs scheme and often experience helplessness in their daily lives. The factor analysis showed that social threat was the most contributive factor in generating negative automatic thoughts. |
